Colchester City Council is undertaking consultation on the Colchester Submission Draft Local Plan and Sustainability Appraisal in accordance with Regulation 19 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012.
We need your help in getting as many responses as possible to the Essex Safer Speeds Strategy which feeds into the Local Plan consultation. As a Parish Council we receive feedback about speed, antisocial driving and lack of safety walking along roads or across bridges with no footpaths.
