Permissive path closure for repairs for 1 week from 8th December
The permissive footpath from Layer Church down to the EWT Visitor Centre (Parallel to the B1026) will be closed for one week from 8th December for repair work.

Machinery will be on site, so the path needs to be closed for safety reasons.
There will be barriers and signage. The EWT Centre remains open for visitors as usual.
The path will be closed for public safety, please don’t ignore the signs and use the path during this time.
