All About Kids – Colchester Family Fest

The aim of the event is to provide an inclusive, affordable family day out while also helping families discover local services, organisations and activities available to them across the Colchester area and surrounding communities.

Ticket prices are:

• £23.50 family ticket (2 adults and 2 children)
• £9 per child
• £3.50 per adult
• Under 1s go free

We are also running a SEN-friendly quiet hour from 10:30am–11:30am, followed by the main event from 11:30am–4:00pm.

Activities included within the ticket price include:

• Inflatables
• Children’s ride
• Magician
• Live wrestling shows throughout the day
• DJ and live entertainment
• Character appearances from Synergy Cosplay, Frozen Princesses by Glass slipper
• Miss Rachel tribute appearances (selected times)
• Animal and reptile encounters (selected times)
• Interactive workshops
• Emergency services role play area
• Fire engine (subject to availability)
• Sensory area
• Local businesses, charities and organisations sharing information for families

There will also be optional extras available on the day such as face painting, additional activities, and food and drink stalls. As well as local products for sale.

As well as being a fun day out, the event is designed to help families discover what support, services and opportunities are available locally.
