An informal meeting has been arranged for residents to meet with Denbury Homes on 4th August 2023 between 7pm to 9pm at the Village Hall.
The purpose is to allow residents to see the proposals of the planning application in more detail and to ask questions.
We are awaiting confirmation that at least one of our ward councillors will be in attendance for the purpose of answering any questions & or queries relating the affordable housing.
On the rural exception site that will see dwellings only ever being allocated to people within the village or with a local connection there will be 6 affordable rent and 2 shared ownership properties.
A further 16 dwellings whose first allocation will go to people within the village or with a local connection will be split between 13 affordable rent and 3 shared ownership properties. The remaining 46 properties will be sold on the open market
